epifani, is a consultancy based in Auckland, New Zealand, which specialises in strategic approaches to customer-inspired thinking and people-centric engagement through innovative organisational transformation. Jane Treadwell-Hoye founded it after 25 years working in small start-up businesses, professional services firms and large corporate environments.

Working closely with her clients Jane strives to ensure that every client applies a customer- lens to their strategies, enabling them to be truly customer-inspired in their approach while ensuring a commercial reality is maintained. Jane works along side senior executives, their leadership and operational teams, helping them use customer insights, innovative ideas and disruptive thinking to design and develop new waysof engaging with their customers, and potential customers.

She believes that great organisations are made by great people. Engaging employees & supporting them to understand their customers – be they internal or external – to deliver great experiences, is essential. Mentoring those newly appointed into Customer Experience roles or working with long standing CX professionals, Jane has an enquiring and supportive coaching style.

An accomplished facilitator, Jane has an inclusive style, enabling everyone to participate and share their experiences. Her consulting practice focuses on results-based, customer-insight driven strategic change management, using proven methodologies and techniques. Employee engagement and culture transformation are a key part of this. Jane has worked across industries in strategy, professional services, marketing, digital engagement, technology & software development, retail product development, financial services, telecommunications, service delivery and not-for-profit sectors.
